how is it done..?
mindfulness is life lived with awareness foremost
yet we are interrupted distracted and blinded..
awareness then must be renewed by new waking
again and again when sleeping seems to reign..
and new waking is waking from what majorities
claim is our real waking state..
but awareness knows that real waking is simply
our awareness aware of itself
and venturing forth to make and
discover a shining creation...
