structures and stories

eagerly replace and

relieve the fearsome

emptiness implied

by not knowing~

A cheer for this choice~

 

Neutrality

seems broken with

corruption or honesty~

yet both are appearances

naturally equal~

another appearance

is a choice for honesty

and cheers for this choice~

where is freedom in

these contradictions?

perhaps in all of the

stories emptied

along with this one~~

In and not of~

 

Words

appear and may

seem to avoid

the snares of

separation~

impossibility

appearing as a

thing of beauty~~

Undiscovered

country~

a search for it

through paths of

immense variety~

but any discoveries

leave the undiscovered

of an unfolding search

for what is named

Whiteness~painfully

blocked by a Captain's

vengeance~

a story of death 

of my own blockage

and perhaps yours

in this fragmented

dreamland~~

an epiphany from

a story unfolding

of a search for 

peace which was

blocked by 

vengeance for a whale~~

Hope should be in the air~

Renewal~

seasons and

morning are the

repetitions which

suggest that hope

is in the air~

hopelessness

appearing as hope~~

Chosen~~

people and such

suggest a divine

choice dividing

what cannot be 

divided~

scriptural stories

justifying what a

wishlist might wish~~

Memories displeasing~

 

Memories

of what never

happened mark

a displeasure in 

what had happened~ 

a displeasure 

seeming as what's

happening~~
